Messaging Terms

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Who sends these messages

Text messages are sent by Workflow Solutions AI, or by a local service business that uses Workflow Solutions AI to run its front desk. When a business uses our platform, the messages you receive come from that business and identify it by name.

What we send

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send unrelated marketing to people who only asked about a service.

How you opt in

Messaging is always opt-in. You will have done one of the following:

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business — for a single service request it is typically a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Neither Workflow Solutions AI nor the business charges you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop them. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. You can also email support@wfsolutionsai.com and we will remove your number.

Opting out of texts does not stop you being contacted by phone about a request you made, and does not cancel a booked appointment.

Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information — including your phone number and the record of your consent — is described in our Privacy Policy. Our general Terms of Service also apply.
